For Countries Outside Our Standard Low-Income Tiers
We already offer automated low-income rates for a specific selection of countries directly on our main rates page. This separate application page is strictly reserved for students who live in a country that is not currently listed in our standard system, but who believe their local economic situation qualifies for an exception.
If your current country of residence is already listed on our main packages page, please use the direct checkout options there. This form will not bypass those existing tiers.
📋 Requirements for an Exceptional Review
To have your country manually evaluated for our low-income adjustments, you must meet the following criteria:
- Excluded Countries Only: Your current country of residence is entirely missing from our standard drop-down/tier buttons.
- Verifiable Address Proof: You must upload an official document (e.g., a recent utility bill, official rental agreement, or government letter) that clearly displays your full name and current address.
- Economic Assessment: We manually evaluate requests based on local purchasing power index (PPI) data. Submitting a form does not guarantee approval.
