⏱️ The 24-Hour Rule
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule any scheduled lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson starts.
- Late Changes: Lessons cancelled, missed, or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance cannot be refunded or rescheduled. The lesson will be counted as used.
💳 Payments & Expiration Dates
- Upfront Payment: All single lessons and packages must be paid in full immediately upon booking to secure your time slot.
- 5-Lesson Package Expiration: Must be used within 2 months from the date of purchase.
- 10-Lesson Package Expiration: Must be used within 4 months from the date of purchase.
- 20-Lesson Package Expiration: Must be used within 7 months from the date of purchase.
- Non-Refundable: Unused lessons after their respective expiration periods are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for any packages once they have started.
🔄 Teacher Cancellations
- If I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to an emergency, you will be notified immediately. Your lesson credit will be completely preserved, and we will find a new time slot that suits you.
